How does this service work?

1.      DIY bookkeeping setup

We will register you with an accounting software provider (if you don’t already use one) and set up all the accounting features required

2.      Training

We will then offer a 1-hour training session, in person or online, to give you clear advice and guidance on using the software

3.      Monthly/quarterly check‑ins

We will check your books either monthly or quarterly, depending on your requirements, to make sure there are no errors and to complete any outstanding transactions

We can also prepare and submit MTD, CIS and VAT returns if required

4.      Year‑end support

We will use your books to complete the end of year accounts (profit and loss statement and balance sheet) and prepare an accounting pack for self-assessment

5.      Unlimited questions

We are on hand to answer any question you have

We are available outside of normal business hours to keep things convenient

6.      Peace of mind

We offer you the flexibility to manage your own books and keeps your costs low alongside the peace of mind in knowing that your book are correct and the tricky bits are taken care of
